These Terms of Service (hereinafter the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the website available at https://getansweronline.com/ (hereinafter the “Website”), including the rules for ordering and providing services consisting of the preparation of interpretations of an esoteric or entertainment nature.

The owner and administrator of the Website is:

The Terms are made available on the Website in a way that allows the user to save, reproduce and store their content.

The Terms constitute regulations for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic services.

• Order – a declaration of will by the Client leading to the conclusion of a contract for the provision of a Service.

The services offered on the Website are strictly entertainment, reflective or inspirational in nature.

Content delivered as part of a Service:

• does not constitute legal advice,
• does not constitute medical advice,
• does not constitute financial advice,
• is not a professional consultation in any field.

Interpretations and answers provided to the Client do not guarantee any particular events or future outcomes.

The Client uses the content delivered as part of the Service at their own responsibility.

The services are intended only for adults (18+). By placing an Order, the Client declares that they are at least 18 years old.

To use the Website you need:

• a device with Internet access,
• a modern web browser,
• an active e-mail address,
• cookies and JavaScript enabled.

The Provider is not responsible for limitations resulting from the user failing to meet the technical requirements above.

The Client may place an Order through the form available on the Website.

To place an Order, the Client:

• selects the appropriate service package,
• provides the question or topic of the interpretation,
• provides an e-mail address to receive the answer,
• pays for the selected service.

Upon payment confirmation, the Order is accepted for processing.

The answer delivered as part of the Service is sent electronically to the e-mail address indicated by the Client.

The delivery time is indicative and may change depending on system load or other technical factors.

Prices of services available on the Website are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT where legally required.

The current offer and prices are published on the Website.

Payments for the Services may be processed via external electronic payment providers.

The available payment methods are indicated on the Website during the ordering process.

The contract for the provision of a Service is concluded at the moment of Order confirmation following successful payment.

The Website may use IT tools and automated content-generation technologies to provide the Services.

Answers delivered to Clients may be prepared using IT systems that assist in content creation.

The Client acknowledges that answers generated as part of a Service may be interpretative and subjective.

A Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should send an appropriate statement by e-mail to: contact@getansweronline.com

Sending the statement before the 14-day period expires is enough to meet the deadline.

In the event of effective withdrawal, the Provider will refund the payment received within no more than 14 days.

If the Consumer consents to the Service being started before the withdrawal period expires, they may lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed.

The Client has the right to submit a complaint regarding the operation of the Website or the performance of a Service.

A complaint should contain:

• data enabling identification of the Order,
• description of the problem,
• the expected way of resolving the matter.

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

Personal data of Clients is processed in accordance with applicable law.

The Provider makes efforts to ensure that the Website works correctly and is available to users.

The Provider is not liable for:

• errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the Client.

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law.

The Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms in the event of changes in the law or Website functionality.

Changes to the Terms enter into force on the day they are published on the Website.

The Terms apply from the day they are published on the Website.
